Wishes in the Wind

Exciting News!  I will be making my writing debut this year with a middle grades novel I have just completed!  The novel is a retelling of Pinocchio and also references The Wind in the Willows and Little Women.  So this class will be a companion class to the novel, which discusses these three classics and then ends in the spring with a reading of my new novel, complete with virtual field trips and a virtual visit to my childhood home at the foot of a mountain, which is the setting for the novel. This class will be taught "book club style" with vocabulary activities, comprehension games and discussion questions to go with each book we explore.
