In this class, we will be reading and discussing our way through part of the series, A History of Us by Joy Hakim. Students will journey through a narrative style timeline of American History, supplemented by activities, videos, and virtual field trips. You may purchase the books one at a time as needed throughout the school year, or purchase the complete set at once by clicking HERE. Please note that, while I generally approve of the use of Kindle ebooks for classes, I prefer that students get the paper copy of these books, because I have found that the Kindle versions are missing a lot of pertinent pictures and information. The paperback versions of these are my favorite, as they are printed in full color.
