Make Up Policy: I understand that payment in full (or a purchase order for Charter School students) is required before the beginning of each 4 week period. Students learn best when they attend classes live so they can ask questions and discuss topics.
In the event that my student is not able to attend a prepaid class, I understand that he or she must either (1) request and watch a privately linked recording of the class or (2) Attend another class at his or her age level at a later date, to make up the missed time.
I understand that the make up policy at Adventures For Young Explorers means that my student's classes will sometimes be recorded and uploaded to an unlisted (non-public) YouTube link so that students who have missed a class have a chance to catch up.

I agree to take full financial responsibility and not to hold Adventures for Young Explorers, Jen Caddell or the Caddell Family financially liable should an accident occur during class or tutoring hours, or during an Adventures for Young Explorers sponsored field trip.
